ROY DUCKWORTH - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
With over 30 years of experience,
Roy Duckworth is highly respected as a recognized specialist
in the travel industry. It is his expertise in meeting
management and seamless execution of many corporate
incentives, conventions and seminars that have earned
him a reputation for excellence in this field. His highly
creative approach to incentive and meeting planning
and his cost effective solutions have helped him develop
long lasting relationships with both clients and suppliers.
These relationships are important to us and beneficial
to your company as a potential client. Our suppliers
will go the extra mile for us, which means they go that
extra mile for you.
Roy possesses a Bachelors degree in
Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University
in San Marcos. He has also served our country as an
infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps,
achieving the rank of Major. Roy is bi-lingual, with
his second language being Spanish.
STACY ANTHONY - PRESIDENT
Stacy Anthony brings another 12 years
of experience in the travel industry to Global Enterprises.
With a Bachelors degree in Journalism from the University
of Kansas, Stacy's skills include website design, visual
presentation materials for meetings, brochures and promotional
mailers. She has lived most of her life abroad, including
Australia, Argentina, Canada and Iran, before moving
to the United States to attend college. Her travel experience
has been a great asset to Global's incentive and meeting
planning business.
After a complete client evaluation,
Stacy will prepare a full proposal with detailed costing,
itineraries, and hotel/area information. She will be
involved from the beginning planning stages to on-site
management of the event.
KARA COX - VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS
As Vice President of Operations, Kara
Cox oversees all aspects of operations. Kara's background
includes a degree in Restaurant, Hotel & Institutional
Management from Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas, and over
10 years of meeting planning experience, including working
as a Catering Sales Manager for Omni Hotel and Director
of Conference Services for Doubletree Hotel in Austin,
Texas. Having managed hundreds of events as a hotelier,
Kara brings tremendous depth in meeting management and
personnel leadership to your program.
Kara is responsible for Global's
training and operations procedures. She also supports
several of our national accounts and travels with many
of Global's groups to personally ensure that our high
level of service is maintained for each and every program.
